Place your order before 5:00pm EST, and you can expect your order to be shipped the same day! All orders are shipped via FedEx, delivering your order to you within 2-3 business days! If we feel that a another carrier would be most efficient for your order, we reserve the right to use a shipping carrier other than FedEx. Your order is reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are the one actually authorizing the purchase. Once your order has passed the review stage, it is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment and shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 2 business days.

Of course, there is always the "fine print" to the policy, so that is provided below, but in large enough print that you can actually read it.

1) Defective Cellular Phone - We conduct initial product testing on all of our items that leave our warehouse to prevent any DOA (Defective on Arrival) from being shipped. In the event that one has "slipped by," simply contact us providing your name, order number, and reason you are returning the item. **This must take place within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then process your request, provide you with an RMA # and have you return the item to us for an exchange. Please, never simply return an item without contacting us for an RMA #. Doing so will result in the return being rejected, and the item being returned to you.

2) Satisfaction GUARANTEED! - If you purchase your item and decide you are not satisfied, you are more than welcome to return the item to us, up to 5 days after the purchase date. Please contact us with your name, order number, reason for returning the item, and we will process your request. An RMA # will be assigned to you the return item. Please note, once the return has been processed and a refund is provided, given that all items are returned in original condition with the box and all of the box contents, a refund will be given, less 20% restocking fee.

3) No Cellular Service - Please keep in mind that before placing an order with JAB Cellular, it is important that you check with your service provider to make sure that you will have service in your area with the phone you are considering purchasing from us. In the event that you purchase an item from us and you are unable to use it due to lack of service in your area, you are more than welcome to return the item to us within 3 days of the delivery date of your order. However, the item must be in the condition it was shipped with all original materials. Please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for returning the item. We will process your request and provide you with an RMA # for your return. Once your return is processed, you will be given a refund, less 20% restocking fee.

The management at JAB reserves the right to refuse any return request for numerous reasons. Therefore, to assure that you are granted an RMA #, please make sure all items are kept in perfect condition with the original items in the retail box. Once your RMA # is assigned, please be sure that this number is clearly present on the return shipping box! Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when returning any item, unless it is deemed DOA (dead on arrival). In that case, JAB Cellular will refund the cost of shipping to the customer.
